The Elderly Association Totolika is an association of parents and friends of persons with intellectual disabilities. This association was founded in September 1973 by a group of parents who wanted to improve the living situation of the person with intellectual disability. Totolika mainly wanted to work on counseling parents, raising awareness in the community and helping set up facilities.
